Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt. Occasionally due to high demand some orders may require additional processing time.

All of our UK orders are shipped via Evri.

Our standard delivery service (2-3 working days) is £4.50.

Our next day delivery service (please order before 12pm) is £7.50.

All international deliveries are sent via Intentional tracked service, please review the delivery costs based on your location at checkout. 

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. We will inform you once your order is despatched and forward an email with your
tracking number and estimated arrival date. 

Note:

Next day delivery is not available when the following day is a bank holiday. Deliveries will be placed as soon as possible thereafter.

Cancelling your order

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt. If during this time you wish to cancel your order please email info@wegotthesilver.com . If we have received payment for any goods cancelled, we will arrange refunds. If you change your mind after 24 hours of receipt of your order acknowledgement please use the process below to arrange a return.

Returns

Changed your mind or not got the right size? If you wish to return an item for any reason, please email returns@wegotthesilver.com and quote your order number. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and we will provide you with a refund or replacement.

When returning please note:

· All items must be returned in their original state with tags/packaging.

· We cannot accept any return items which have been used.

· It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged carefully.

· The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

· Please ensure you obtain proof of return.

Faulty Goods

If you believe your product to be faulty, please contact returns@wegotthesilver.com with proof of purchase where we will look in to the issue.

Warranty Claims

We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. If you wish to make a claim under warranty then please contact returns@wegotthesilver.com

Please note that we do not accept any costs in relation to product returned to us under this warranty. Once we have received the product, we will, at our option, repair or replace the faulty product with the same or an equivalent product.

To ensure you get the best wear from your Sterling Silver jewellery it’s important that you know how to best look after your selected pieces.

Sterling Silver although as a precious metal is pretty robust, can become subject to tarnishing over time. For everyday wear items the likelihood of tarnishing quickly is limited, for more occasional wear pieces these take a little more looking after. Here are a few things there you can do to ensure its longevity to keep that shine.

Subjecting Sterling Silver to the likes of salt, chlorine, sulphur, humidity, perspiration and household products can impact your jewellery. Trying to avoid wearing your jewellery when doing the following will help:

· Swimming either in the sea or swimming pools, bathing or in hot tubs.

· Cleaning whilst using chemicals.

· Working out.

· Applying cosmetic products to the body.

Cleaning your jewellery with a special silver polish and using a cloth will help to maintain it’s look and any pieces you wear less frequently should be stored in a dry place, ideally a jewellery box.

Don’t use scrubbing pads or any hard abrasives to clean your jewellery, always rinse after cleaning and make sure your jewellery is fully dry before either re-wearing or storing. Keep away from any other non-precious metals such as Stainless Steel and also from rubber as these products can both cause erosion.
